Very powerful and current subject. People everywhere seem angry all of the time everywere. One of my favorite quotes is : "Every man must be be swift about hearing, slow about speaking, slow about wrath." If we REALLY listen, or notice, or even bother to give a thought about another person for a moment before we react, many times we will feel so much better, and so will they. ALL people want to be treated with dignity and compassion. The more we practice this, the more it comes back to us and the better we feel.
