You are an amazing instructor – the best combination of humor, seriousness and brilliance.

I believe that your class teaches so many skills that can help promote a world that can choose Peace instead of hatred. I want to continue practicing the skills and maybe help some others along the way.

This has been an immensely helpful class!

Over the last 6 weeks I have gone through some of the most intense emotions I’ve ever experienced (great anger, sadness, and helplessness). I can say it has been the most challenging time of my life.
